Donating to charities reflects your values and the issues that matter to you. And because you believe every dollar counts, you want to know where your donation goes. Your donation supports: Our largest expense is the Greek Independence Day Parade, and Celebrations. Last year the parade costed over $450,000. The federation has events throughout the year, all the events except the parade galas are held in the Stathakion Center were the Federation\u2019s offices are also located. We are in the process of renovating the building from the top down. We have replaced the roof, installed state of the art A\/C units in both halls and the all offices, and are in the final stages of completing the fire sprinkler system, and all this with your help. We still have a lot of work ahead of us; we have to renovate the main and the secondary halls the bathrooms and the kitchen. And all this with only your support. We have not mortgaged the Federation\u2019s future and that is why is taking a little bit longer to complete the work. Your support also helps with, Scholarships, Soup kitchen, Disaster relief, Humanitarian aid, Youth Support, Dance Programs and events that promote Greek culture. It\u2019s remarkable when you realize where your donation goes. Around the world. Down the block. Touching so many lives in profound ways.
